Mango Chia Pudding

Mango Chia Pudding

Want to relish juicy summer mango desserts but also watch your diet? We say, ditch those store-bought mango ice cream for a homemade simple but sinful Mango Chia Pudding. This quick dessert is not only decadent but also a cakewalk to make with just 4 easy steps and 3 ingredients.

All you need is:

  1. 2 cups of milk of your choice. If tropical is your taste, opt for coconut milk.
  2. ¼ cup of chia seeds
  3. 3 fresh ripe mangoes
  4. 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, sugar, or honey.

Here’s how you get to the juicy part:

  • Add the milk to a bowl. Now add the sweetener and chia seeds. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.
  • Peel the skin of the mangoes, scoop out the flesh, and blend it into a thick puree.
  • Take a serving glass and take out the chia pudding from the fridge.
  • Scoop out some chia pudding into the serving glass, add a layer of the mango puree, and garnish with your preferred toppings. We vote for some juicy mango chunks!

We suggest making this quick, easy, and wholesome mango dessert for your dinner parties or gatherings this summer!
