Which farm is the produce from?
Our mangoes are grown on our farms located across the coastal belt of Maharashtra in the regions of Devgad, Ratnagiri, and Raigad. The mangoes that we bring to you are carefully hand-picked and quality-inspected with strict handling norms.
Does the location of the farm make a difference to the produce?
The mangoes grown in Devgad are defined by thin and less fibrous skin with a richer aroma. They also ripen quickly. On the other hand, the mangoes grown in Ratnagiri and Raigad farms come with thicker and richer fibrous skin. These mangoes lack the smell but taste sweet and are also heat resistant.
How much sugar do mangoes contain?
Mangoes have 0 added sugars and up to 17 grams of total sugar per cup serving. Mangoes taste incredibly sweet because of the naturally occurring sugars in them. The added sugars in sugar-sweetened beverages and other foods are not the same as this natural sugar. Despite their delicious flavour, mangoes are highly nutrient-dense, packing a punch of nutrients with every bite.
Can someone with diabetes consume mangoes?
Although mangoes come with natural sugar, they are rich in nutrients and can be a great addition to a diabetes patient’s diet. In fact, The Diabetic Association of India lists mangoes as a low-glycemic food, and studies have shown that they can help keep blood sugar levels within normal range.
What are the possible health benefits of the nutrients present in mangoes?
Mangoes are known as a superfood due to their high content of more than 20 vitamins and minerals. These nutrients support immune function, cardiovascular health, cognitive abilities, skin health, and neurologic function.
How can you tell if your mango is ripe?
The presence of red or yellow colour on mangoes does not signify that they are ripe. It's crucial to remember that colour may not be the most reliable signal of ripeness. Gently squeeze the mango; if it yields slightly, it's ripe and good to go! Mature mangoes may occasionally emit a sweet scent near their stem as well.
What are the different types of qualities available in mangoes?
We only grow mangoes that are export-grade, fit for exports in the gulf, and come in different sizes of Grades A, B, and C. The diverse types of mangoes available here are Alphonso (Hapus), Pairi, and Kesar.
Which mango is good for pulp?
All mangoes come with a pulp that one can use for drinks, marmalades, jams, etc. The Kesar mangoes come with a medium-thick pulp, the Alphonos with a very thick pulp, and the Pairi mangoes with a fragile pulp.

What is the weight of a box of 1 dozen mangoes?
Grade A mangoes weigh 3.6-4 kg, Grade B mangoes weigh 3-3.5 kg and Grade C weigh 2.3-2.8 kg gross weight. (Show size chart) The packaging material weighs up to 200-300 gm.

How do I Sign up?
You can create an account by clicking the user button on the top left of our home page and then verifying your mobile number with an OTP.
Are there any registration charges?
No. Registration on Dialamango is free.
Do I have to Sign up to shop on Dialamango?
You can browse our website as a guest but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered users have to be logged in at the time of checkout and will be prompted to do so if not signed in.
Can I create multiple accounts?
Each email address and phone number can only be associated with one Dialamango account.
Can I add more than one delivery address for an account?
Yes. You may create multiple addresses at your convenience.
Can I have multiple accounts with the same mobile number and email id?
Each email address and phone number can be associated with one Dialamango account only.
Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile numbers/email addresses but with a common delivery address?
Yes. As long as the email address and phone number associated with the account is unique to each member of a family, the delivery address can be the same.

What is “My Account”?
My Account” allows you to track your active orders, order history and update your contact details.
How do I reset my password/forget my password?
There is no need to create a password. You can log in to your Dialamango account by using your registered Mobile Number and OTP.

What are the different modes of payment?
We offer multiple convenient options to pay for your order. You may use any of the following:

- We are currently not accepting COD as an accepted mode of payment.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Dialamango?
Yes, it is safe to use your card on Dialamango. We only work with the best payment partners to deliver a completely secure payment environment. Our partners are fully compliant with all regulations and enhanced security requirements as per the payments industry in India. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to deliver all products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be registered as a store credit which can be used at any time against your future orders.
Delivery Related
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
We offer scheduled delivery for pre orders. Once dispatched, the orders can not be cancelled or rescheduled. In case of any queries, please get in touch with us at info@dialamango.com or by clicking on contact us section on the website.
I have not received my delivery?
Get in touch with our customer service team by clicking on the contact us section on the website for any assistance regarding orders that may be late. Our customer service team will get in touch with you if there are any potential issues as well.
Do I have to be there for delivery? Can my neighbors / Security / Family members accept delivery on my behalf?
Please inform us by adding to the note section while placing the order if you need someone else to collect your order. Kindly note that no refunds will be initiated if the order is sent back due to any inconvenience.
Do you deliver to work addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses or places of employment. If you would like delivery to your place of work, you will need to mention the date, time slot and that someone will be there to collect the order.
Are there are any delivery charges for outstation orders?
The shipping rates are based on weight and dimension of the delivery box. We use external courier service providers who charge 150 per kilo and a minimum weight of 6 kgs. They are instructed to carefully handle your order so that perishable items aren’t damaged during transit.
If you have received any damaged mangoes due to transit or courier company handling, just take a picture of those mangoes and email us with full details (order number, parcel received date, etc.) within two days after delivery. We will make a decision and refund or replace the product after reviewing it. It is the sole decision of RLC whether the additional replacement of mangoes will be done in the next order.
Are receipts sent with deliveries?
Your receipt is the address label on the parcel. The order number is proof of purchase. Keep the receipt as a reference for future orders or replacements.
What if I am unable to receive my delivery?
If you are not present during your selected delivery slot and your delivery arrives within the slot, your order will be taken back by us. In such cases, no refunds will be given.

How do I raise a claim with customer service regarding delivery and quality issues?
If you face any issues with the quality or delivery of products, we will take every measure to address the issue and make it up to you. Please contact our customer support team with details of your order as well as the issue you faced.
About our Produce & Process
What does hot water treatment mean?
To ensure all contaminants and pesticides are removed completely your product is free from such items, we do a process called hot water treatment for our products which sterilises them completely. The solution used is a powerful and instant acting oxidiser that easily oxidises all fertilisers, pesticides, and microbes.
How are your products sourced?
All our produce is sourced from our farming partners daily. We employ industry best crop for all our items. Our farming partners practice sustainable farming methods and we work with them in a symbiotic manner to ensure high ethical sourcing practices.
Can I buy your products offline at stores?
We are available at 80/82/83/84, M. J. Phule Market (Crawford Market), Mumbai 400001, Maharashtra for scheduled customer pick ups.

If you are planning to move or already have, we would request you to add an address in your account and check whether we are servicing in that Pin-code area.
What is the policy for returns, refunds & replacements?
Pre-order customer can change their orders before dispatch of the materials. Pre-orders would be shipped in that specific period depending on availability. In case of any issues like natural calamities or any other issues near our farms, we may postpone or cancel the orders.
As a standard policy, we ship all orders on the first four days of the week (i.e., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday of every week). Any holidays which are coming on these working days are avoided because the holidays may cause the halt of the package in the couriers and logistic partner hub, which may harm the mango's ripening process.
If you have received any damaged mangoes due to transit or courier company handling, just take a picture of those mangoes and email us with full details (order number, parcel received date, etc.) within two days after delivery. We will make a decision and refund or replace the product after reviewing it. It is the sole decision of RLC whether the additional replacement of mangoes will be done in the next order.
Our produce is packed for you with utmost care and love. We ensure high quality standards from harvesting, packing to delivery. As a policy, we do not offer any returns on products which are delivered in good condition.
All our products are free if any preservatives or chemicals therefore these are characterised under perishable fruit items and cannot be returned. These products will be replaced only if they arrive damaged.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for perishable food products unless the parcel/ products are defective or damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a replacement due to damage, We require a proof or picture of the parcel with original packaging like how you received it. Replacements on issues of Shelf Life not being sufficient or enough, unless the Shelf Life is passed at the time of receipt of the product by you which would be taken into account by us, evaluated at our end by the concerned team and fulfilling the eligibility criteria processed for return or refund as the case may be.
Refund can only be requested if the ordered Item(s) is lost or damaged during transit or Product(s) was/were missing, Ordered item(s) is past it expiry date but not effective if you are not there to pick up the order / not effective if you do not pick up the phone or given information is incorrect. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
