Ingredients
- A ripe mango
- A ripe avocado
- Sourdough or regular bread
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
Recipe
- Split open the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the rest into a bowl.
- Smash it lightly, add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and some lemon juice, and mix well.
- Cut your sourdough into generous slices and toast them in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Meanwhile, cut fine slices of mango and keep them aside.
- Once the bread is toasted well, add the avocado mix to it.
- Top it with mango slices, sprinkle some chili powder, and serve!
