With the medley of Mango’s sweetness and tanginess and Avocado’s nutty notes, this toast brings a unique, fascinating twist to our cafe favorite, basic avocado toast. Not to mention, when mango’s immunity, digestion, and skin health-boosting nutrients meet avocado’s fiber-rich, anti-inflammatory, and heart-nurturing qualities, your body says yes! 

Here’s all you need to make this seasonal brekkie that also doubles as an evening snack.


  1. A ripe mango
  2. A ripe avocado
  3. Sourdough or regular bread
  4. Chili powder
  5. Salt 
  6. Pepper
  7. Lemon


  • Split open the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the rest into a bowl.
  • Smash it lightly, add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and some lemon juice, and mix well.
  • Cut your sourdough into generous slices and toast them in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  • Meanwhile, cut fine slices of mango and keep them aside.
  • Once the bread is toasted well, add the avocado mix to it.
  • Top it with mango slices, sprinkle some chili powder, and serve!
